The Panborough Inn is
owned and operated by two generations of the same Family, who together possess a wealth of
experience in the Hospitality and Customer Service
industries. Barbara, Jason, Joanne, Kati and Philip together with their experienced staff, are dedicated in their objective to continually
strive for excellence in all areas, so that each and every visit is always a
thoroughly enjoyable experience.

To
further increase the quality of the building, an investment programme is planned through into
2007. This not only includes front of house areas and facilities,
but systems within the food preparation areas to assist in improving the
consistently high levels of food quality for which The Panborough Inn is
famous and also greatly exceed the latest Food Safety requirements.
It is our firm intention to keep the unique character of The
Panborough Inn intact, using reclaimed materials wherever possible.

Philosophy

Our philosophy is to
continually improve all aspects of service, food, drinks and ambiance at
The Panborough Inn, in addition to the physical appearance. We will never be the biggest, but we
will endeavour to ensure that
The Panborough Inn remains a favourite place to relax and enjoy a good
meal”.
There will always be a Family member available for you to raise any concern or issue that
you may have with any aspect of the service provided. All feedback is valued as it is this open communication that is fundamental to our objective of continued improvement.
The
Team at The Panborough Inn also understand the important role that a pub plays within the local
community and will positively support local
events, causes and Charities. We will do this through either
donation of a prize, a cash donation, assist in fund raising, hosting meetings, taking
advertising space, and in the general promotion and support of local events.

use quality, local, fresh products and ingredients wherever possible, and
have a policy of using local suppliers and tradespersons whenever
possible.

your arrival.
